Continuous Die Cutting
This machine is applicable for continuous die cutting of various non-metallic materials in coil and sheet using the mold cutting die in garments, shoes and caps, cases and bags, toys, medical instruments, cultural and sporting goods, packaging industry, etc.
The machine uses the upper computer for control purposes and supports cutting die copying, electronic graphics input, automatic typesetting, etc. It also supports on-screen display and can precisely control the movement of the machine along X, Y, Z, and . The punch can automatically perform die cutting according to the preset position using typesetting software.
With the memory function, the machine can store several operating modes. The installation of a suitable cutting die makes it possible for the machine to implement the manufacturing process in the preset operating mode.
The servomotor driven conveyor belt is used to ensure accurate feeding. The use of a servo motor and ball screw as drive systems enables the punch to achieve precise positioning. The servomotor-driven rotary punch ensures precise punching position.
